When a buyer is assigned a spending threshold, they will be required to receive approval for purchases over the threshold limit. An email will be sent to the administrator notifying them that there are pending purchase approvals.
From your company’s LowesForPros.com homepage, select Welcome <User Name> and select Your Account from the dropdown menu.
In the blue header, click the Purchase Approval link.
Once the page loads, you’ll see a list of orders that require your approval within the Pending tab.
Admin users will have the option to approve or deny the order.
In the event the order is denied, the buyer will receive an email notification.
After the request has been approved, buyers will receive an email notification and the buyer can complete the order.
Within the Purchase Approval menu, you can view a list of Pending, Approved, Denied and Completed orders.
