Impactful Aging-in-Place Design Measures

In a recent poll by the National Association of Home Builders, 77 percent of remodelers indicated requests for aging-in-place features have increased. By 2030, there will be 72 million people—or 19 percent of the population—aged 65 years and older planning for retirement and likely caring for an aging parent or spouse.

These aging-in-place features are designed to ensure safety, comfort and convenience for homeowners and guests so people can stay in their house longer.
